Corrosion-resistant materials and structural design
Stainless steel material: The main contact parts (such as stirring blades and inner wall of the tank) are made of SS316 or SS304 stainless steel, which is resistant to alkaline corrosion (green liquor contains NaOH, Na₂S, etc.) and extends the life of the equipment.
Sealing and polishing
- Mechanical self-cleaning design to avoid scaling (such as metal-to-metal sealing, no solvent flushing requirements).
- Mirror polished inner wall (Ra≤0.4μm) to reduce residue and facilitate cleaning.
Explosion-proof configuration: The motor can be selected as explosion-proof (Ex d IIB T4 grade) to adapt to volatile gas environments.
