This series of vertical agitators is designed for processes with strict requirements for hygiene, safety and precise mixing in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, fine chemical and food industries.
It adopts a vertical structure, combined with an optimized stirring blade design and a precise drive system to ensure that the material reaches a highly uniform, stable and controllable state during the mixing process.
It is an ideal equipment for core processes such as solution preparation, suspension preparation, emulsification, dispersion, homogenization, crystallization, dissolution, heat transfer and solid-liquid mixing.

Materials:
All contact parts are made of high-quality SUS 316L stainless steel to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility. Fine surface treatment effectively prevents residues, easy to clean and sterilize (such as CIP/SIP).
Structure:
No dead corners, easy to drain, and removable design facilitates thorough cleaning and verification. Smooth welds and endoscopy inspection.
Shaft seals: A variety of sterile grade seal options are available
Single/double mechanical seal risks.
Magnetic drive seal (no shaft seal)

Precision-designed impellers:
A variety of impeller types are available (such as propeller, turbine, anchor, frame, ribbon, sawtooth dispersion disc, etc.), optimized for different material properties (viscosity, density, solid content) and process goals (mixing, dispersion, emulsification, dissolution, suspension).
Wide speed range and stable torque:
Equipped with variable speed motor, wide speed range, smooth low-speed start-up, and powerful high-speed dispersion. The motor power is accurately calculated to ensure stable operation at full load and different viscosities to avoid stalling.
Controllable laminar/turbulent flow:
Gentle laminar mixing (protection of shear-sensitive materials) or strong turbulent mixing (efficient dispersion and emulsification) can be achieved through impeller selection and speed adjustment.
Typical pharmaceutical applications
Injection/infusion:
dissolution and mixing of raw materials and excipients (such as preparation of glucose and sodium chloride solutions).
Oral solution/syrup:
dissolution and homogenization of main drugs, flavoring agents and stabilizers.
Suspension/emulsion:
uniform dispersion and stable emulsification of active ingredients (such as topical ointments and oral suspensions).
Biopharmaceuticals:
preparation of culture media, preparation of buffer solutions, mixing of cell harvest solutions, and processing of protein solutions (sterile sealing is required).
