1: Wide-bladed, angled impeller structure, perfectly suited for solid-liquid suspension conditions



These wide, angled impeller blades create a strong axial and radial flow composite flow field, forcibly pushing the high-concentration slurry from the bottom of the tank upwards and outwards, preventing gypsum crystals and mineral powder from depositing and agglomerating, thus fundamentally solving the "dead zone" problem in the extraction tank/reactor.



2:Low shear and large circulation protect gypsum crystal morphology



Compared to turbine impellers, it has extremely low shear force, preventing excessive breakage of phosphogypsum crystals, ensuring the regularity of crystal particles, significantly improving the efficiency of subsequent filtration stages, and reducing the risk of filter cloth clogging.
