Phosphate Tank Agitators

Phosphate storage tank agitator is a core equipment used in water treatment, chemical and power industries to ensure uniform mixing of reagents and prevent precipitation.

The main applications are as below :

1: Boiler water treatment in the power industry
- Used in the boiler water dosing system of thermal power plants, dissolving trisodium phosphate and adding it to the drum boiler to prevent scale formation and maintain stable water quality. Fully automatic control is required, and precise dosing is achieved through the PLC system linkage metering pump.

2. Municipal and industrial water treatment
- Municipal water supply/wastewater treatment: dissolve coagulants (such as polyaluminium chloride) and coagulants to improve flocculation effect.
- Circulating cooling system: In petroleum, chemical, and central air-conditioning systems, corrosion inhibitors or bactericides are added to prevent pipe scaling and microbial growth.

3. Chemical and pharmaceutical processes
- Prepare homogeneous corrosive solutions (such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents) for reactor feed or intermediate dilution. Steel-lined plastic storage tanks (such as PE linings) can withstand strong corrosive media and extend equipment life.

4. Environmental protection and special fields
- Wastewater disinfection: mixed with chlorine-containing disinfectants or ozone solutions, used at the end of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment.
- Agricultural fertilizer preparation: dissolving phosphate fertilizers, ensuring the homogeneity of the suspension and avoiding clogging of the spraying system.
