Strict sealing system
Double-face mechanical seal + high-pressure sealing liquid (ethylene glycol/sealing oil), the pressure is 1.5~2bar higher than the tank
Nitrogen assisted sealing
Material selection
Spindle/blade: 316L stainless steel (-100℃ high toughness)
Seal: silicon carbide or tungsten-plated cemented carbide
Safety design
ATEX Zone 1 or Zone 2
Shaft grounding resistance <10Ω, anti-static
Mixing optimization
Liquid ethane: swept turbine propeller
Gas-liquid mixing: sawtooth dispersed propeller
Speed ≤70% critical value, long shaft plus intermediate bearing
