The stirring viscosity of different medium viscosities refers to the resistance of the fluid to the flow, which is defined as when the liquid flows at a speed of 1cm/s, the required shear stress on the plane per square centimeter is called dynamic viscosity. Viscosity is a property of a fluid. When the fluid flows in the pipeline, there are three states laminar flow, transitional flow, and turbulent flow. This is not the case for fluids with high viscosity media, which need to be directly driven by Industrial Agitators. The principle of magnetic coupling.

Because Magnetic Agitators apply the principle of magnetic coupling, the stirring shaft is isolated from the drive motor, and the inner layer is driven by the outer layer of magnetic force, which acts on the sealing cover between the inner and outer magnetic steels, and is pressed with fastening bolts. When the drive motor drives the outer magnetic steel to rotate, the strong magnet will pass through the sealing cover and drive the inner magnetic steel. Because the inner magnetic steel is connected with the transmission shaft, the stirring effect is realized, which realizes the true sense of Static sealing, completely realizing the purpose of no leakage and high-pressure resistance. Through this reform, the production capacity can be improved, the loss caused by the mechanical seal can be reduced, and safe production can be realized. The magnetic coupling technology is adopted, which completely solves the pressure leakage and air leakage of the equipment under the condition of pressure operation, and realizes the real static seal. For the same type of Industrial Agitators, under the same conditions of power consumption, for Industrial Agitators with large diameters and low speeds, the power is mainly consumed in the overall flow, which is beneficial to macro mixing. Small diameter, high-speed Industrial Agitators, the power is mainly consumed by turbulent pulsation, which is conducive to micromixing. The scale-up of Industrial Agitators is a complex issue related to the technological process, so far it can only be scaled up through experience, and extrapolated to the industrial scale according to the scale-up criteria obtained.
